A very good read for those researching Caribbean issues!

This is a very good read for anyone looking for an insider’s perspective on how maritime boundary disputes in Caricom have affected the path to Caribbean integration. The main focus is on the Guyana - Venezuela Border Dispute but other maritime issues given serious thought are the Barbados –Trinidad and Tobago Maritime Dispute and Guatemala’s Territorial claim to Belize.
The chapter by Ambassador Rashleigh Jackson on the 1979-1983 period in Grenada when Maurice and the NJM overthrew the Eric Gairy government to establish the Peoples Revolutionary Government from 1979-1983 precipitating a series of events leading to the US invasion of Grenada is also worth a read.
