This was about as low as you can get. It's just a nutritional advertisement for Ori's Defense Nutrition whey supplement. It should have been a free report, not a $3 fake ebook on Amazon.
I just started taking their non-instantized organic Warrior Whey and love everything about it but the price. But this ebook sham was very disappointing.
In several pages, he goes over why their whey is bad, and his whey is good with absolutely no backup studies. I know they exist because I have several of Ori's books, but they are not even referenced here. Buy one of his real books and not this muscle mag insert.
Shameful and despicable marketing practice! If I could find this type of quality whey elsewhere, I would be moving away from Defense Nutrition.
